Weekly Mindful Moments

What: A weekly, in-person mindfulness meditation practice
Where: UCC 38B
When: Wednesdays from 12:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Take a break and join us for a weekly mindfulness meditation session (15 – 20 minutes). Each session offers a simple, guided practice to help strengthen your attention and awareness. Drop in, tune in, and leave feeling a little more grounded, relaxed, and recharged.

Everyone in the Western community is welcome to participate. No prior meditation experience is necessary. No registration necessary.
