Peer Assisted Learning

The PAL Centre is Closed!
Updated as of April 9, 2024.

Please visit our website for updates about our re-opening in September 2024.

What is Peer Assisted Learning?

The Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Centre is the place to develop effective learning strategies and get free, one-to-one, course-specific help. Western and Affiliate University College students are welcome. Help is provided by Learning Peers who are trained, upper-year Western students who have excelled academically, and are ready to help you SUCCEED.

How Do I Access the PAL Centre?

The PAL Centre offers both in-person and virtual help. The PAL Centre opens during the academic year and operates Monday-Friday (except for Reading Week breaks) until April 8th, 2024. We are now closed for the summer. Please check back in September 2024 for more information about our re-opening.
